A new concept in layout is expected to be a big drawcard to Zone Q’s Beaufort Street Nspire 108 development in Northbridge.
Known as a dual-key apartment, the design includes two secure entry points and can be divided into an independent studio and a one-bedroom apartment – with each space containing its own bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen and living space.
“Dual-key apartments are an exciting new concept for the Perth market,” Melinda Wang, director of Zone Q said.
“They give owners the option of privacy from guests, older children or elderly family members or the benefit of a second rental income.”
When built, Nspire 108 will compromise 184 apartments and four ground-floor commercial tenancies, as well as a rooftop terrace, outdoor heated lap pool and a gymnasium with a yoga room, agility track, weights, cardio and boxing equipment.
The 21-storey development will also have views towards the CBD and out across East Perth towards NIB Stadium.
Ms Wang said the design brief involved making use of every available space, with intelligent design features to complement the lifestyles of it occupants.
“Careful thought has gone into the whole experience of apartment living with simple but handy features such as bag hooks at each apartment entrance so hands are free to gain access as well as an entry cabinet to place keys, phone and wallet when arriving home,” she said. “There are also sliding walls in lieu of doors to allow occupants to open or close space depending on their privacy or entertaining needs.”
Ms Wang said Nspire 108 would appeal to a range of buyers including first and second homebuyers, downsizers and young professionals.
“Buyers have the whole of the Northbridge cultural precinct as well as the Perth CBD within walking distance and we believe those apartments will appeal to those who want to live, work and play in the centre of Perth,” she said.
Apartments come in a range of studio, one, two and three-bedroom configurations, with prices starting at $321,000.
